Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen are set for their third clash.
On Friday morning, Silva and Sonnen stepped on the scale for their trilogy bout, which this time takes place inside a boxing ring at a catchweight of 216 pounds. Both athletes successfully made weight to make the exhibition matchup official for Spaten Fight Night this Saturday in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Silva weighed in at 214 pounds, while Sonnen came in slightly heavier at 216 pounds.
The co-main event features a clash of Olympic medalists with Hebert Conceição, who won gold at the 2020 Tokyo games, versus Esquiva Falcão, who claimed silver eight years before in London. They agreed to meet at a catchweight of 163 pounds, and both stepped in at 162.8 pounds. The Brazilian super middleweight title is on the line.
