UFC Vegas 29 may be in the books from a competitive standpoint, but for the 24 competitors on the card, their fight week is not complete until state commission doctors give them one last look over. The Nevada State Athletic Commission’s post-event medical updates and advisements were made available exclusively to MixedMartialArts.com today. The event, held inside Las Vegas, Nevada’s UFC Apex, saw Chan Sung Jung earn a hard-fought unanimous decision victory over Dan Ige in a main event booking between top-10 featherweights. In the co-main event, Sergey Spivak won his third straight when he upended heavyweight stalwart Aleksei Oleinik by unanimous decision. Also on the card, 40-year-old grizzled veteran Matt Brown scored a walk-off knockout over Dhiego Lima, and Marlon Vera held on to his spot in the top-15 at bantamweight by beating Davey Grant in a rematch of their 2106 bout.
