LAS VEGAS – Mateusz Gamrot beat Scott Holtzman with a second-round knockout Saturday on the preliminary card at UFC on ABC 2 in Las Vegas.
Take a look inside the fight with Gamrot, who got his first UFC win after a loss to Guram Kutateladze in his promotional debut this past October.
Gamrot on the fight’s key moment
“I feel great. This is the first (non-TKO) knockout of my career. I’m so happy because I train so hard. My debut in the UFC was mostly wrestling, and now my second was about beautiful striking. I am a complete fighter. I will see you at the top.”
Stops him in his tracks!!!

Gamrot on beating a seasoned opponent
“I want to say thank you so much to Scott, because he’s a very tough guy. He’s spent a lot of time in the UFC and only lost to top guys. I’m so happy. In my first fight, I didn’t lose to the fighter but to the judges with a split decision.”
Gamrot on what he wants next
“Give me a fight soon. I’m ready and hungry. I want to fight soon. I have big respect for this guy, but now I want to fight Nasrat Haqparast. I think it will be a good matchup.”
