LAS VEGAS – Marcin Prachnio beat Devin Clark with a unanimous decision Saturday on the preliminary card at UFC Fight Night 236 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Take a look inside the fight with Prachnio, who has won four of six fights after he started his UFC tenure 0-3 with three first-round knockout losses.
Prachnio on the fight’s key moment
“(Constantly switching stances is) my style. That’s why people have difficulty fighting me – it’s difficult to catch the right distance. … I didn’t have the power to finish him. I saw it. He got hurt hard, but it was difficult for me to keep going. Maybe if I kept (throwing more punches when I had him hurt), he would be down. But if not, then I would be (gassed out).”
Prachnio on getting back in the win column
“I need to keep my winning streak. (I lose, then) win, lose, win. I’m just going to do (a winning streak). My mental training and hard workouts (will get me there).”
Prachnio on what he wants next
“I think I will take a few weeks’ break and then I want to go back – before summer would be great. Summer sounds good.”
