Matt Hughes returned to HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Ill., on Tuesday to honor the nurses who treated him following his truck-train collision in June. Hughes’ best friend Tony Zucca nominated nurses Ashley Hull and Megan Simpson for a nursing award and they won.
