Both men were patient and measured in the opening frame, throwing little and landing few blows, but Albazi dropped Costa with a clean one-two early in the second. He followed him to the canvas and worked from inside the Brazilian’s guard, landing heavy, punishing shots for the remainder of the frame.
Just before the midway point of the third, Albazi caught Costa with a perfect right uppercut, sending him twisting to the canvas in a heap.
