The long-anticipated return is official. Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury has been signed to take place on Dec. 18 in Tampa, Fla., as the popular YouTuber turned pugilist looks to win a fifth straight fight to start his fighting career.
Paul is 4-0 since his debut as a professional boxer in January 2020. He earned a knockout against former NBA point guard Nate Robinson and his most recent victory came in a split decision over Tyron Woodley, a former UFC welterweight champ.

But Fury, who hails from Great Britain, will be the first true boxer Paul has taken on as an opponent in his short career.
Fury’s half-brother is Tyson Fury, the lineal heavyweight champion of the world who recently knocked out Deontay Wilder in the 11th round earlier this month.
Tommy Fury, meanwhile, is 7-0 with four knockouts.
Paul and Fury agreed to fight eight 3-minute rounds at 192 pounds. The bout is scheduled to air on Showtime pay-per-view.
There is a reported stipulation in the contract for the bout that would see Paul pay his for a $500,000 bonus if the Ohio native were to be handed his first defeat. On the flip side, if Fury loses, for a period of one year, he would have to legally change his name to “Tommy Fumbles.”
