UFC Vegas 41 results will be filling this space throughout the day following the conclusion of each bout inside the UFC APEX.
The UFC’s latest installment of Octagon violence kicks off at 1 pm ET on ESPN+ with the preliminary portion of the card. That will then be followed by the main card at 4 pm ET. The entire 14-bout event will air exclusively on the ESPN-owned streaming service.
UFC Vegas 41 is headlined by a pair of top-five middleweights competing at light heavyweight. Second-ranked Paulo Costa and fifth-ranked Marvin Vettori were originally set to clash at 185-pounds. A weight class where they challenged division king Israel Adesanya in their most recent fights. However, the Brazilian was nearly 40-pounds above the division’s non-title grace weight when he landed in Las Vegas for fight week.
The bout was then renegotiated to take place at a 195-pound catchweight — with Costa also losing 20% of his fight purse. But on Thursday, that catchweight was also scrapped and now the night’s headliner will be contested 20 pounds above the duos normal division at light heavyweight.
