Watch The Best Nate Diaz Trash Talk Highlights

MMA news

The career of Nate Diaz has no shortage of highlights inside the Octagon, but the same can be said for his presence outside of the cage. Ahead of his fight against Leon Edwards at UFC 263, which takes place this weekend (Sat., June 12, 2021) inside Gila River Arena in Glendale, Ariz., relive some of Diaz’s most memorable moments from interviews, open workouts, weigh-ins, press conferences and face-offs.

Diaz vs. Edwards holds the distinction of being the first-ever non-title bout, non-main event five-round fight in UFC history. His famous “touch butt” diss toward Conor McGregor has become textbook MMA verbiage. He also kickstarted the fighter trend of sparking a joint at open workouts or in a crowd. But, do you remember the time he drew himself onto a UFC poster or hijacked an interview to jam out to Tupac and Biggie Smalls?

Take a look at the video above to reminisce on Diaz’s cult of personality ahead of his big return fight against Edwards.

In addition to the Diaz vs. Edwards historic five-round bout, UFC 263’s PPV card is headlined by a rematch pitting UFC Middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, opposite Marvin Vettori. Also on the card is a UFC men’s Flyweight title rematch between champion Deiveson Figueiredo and challenger Brandon Moreno.
