Valerie Loureda may have suffered her first professional loss of her MMA career at Bellator 259, but that doesn’t mean she’s gonna stop sharing provocative pictures of herself in the aftermath.
Loureda got a bit too flashy in the cage, throwing a bit too much spinning s**t and getting taken down by Hannah Guy on account of it. In the end Guy was awarded the win 30-27, 29-28, and 29-28 off all that top control. Guy also came close to finishing Loureda in the first round with a tight armbar, which was apparently how many of Valerie’s haters expected her to lose.
So Loureda, in typical Loureda form, went on social media to troll them haters.
Two pics went up: one of her showing off her … erm, significant assets, since many MMA purists can’t stand anyone self-promoting via booty pics. And then another with her throwing the F-U finger at the camera. Both feature Loureda wearing a giant arm cast.
She also responded to the criticism of her spinning attack style.
“To those who said I would get taken down and submitted in the first round, I proved you wrong,” she wrote in another post shortly after her defeat. “To my fans, I adore you. I love what I do, I was born to fight, and I will be champion.”
Loureda is just 22 years of age and drops to 3-1 with this loss.
